Resumo(s)
The immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a controversial
disease. The generality of the literature argues that a historical
objective clinical examination and a blood count with careful
observation of the peripheral blood smear is sufficient for diagnosis.
Some cases contradict this belief.
