ABSTRACT
A 13 years old boy presented an
abnormal habitus since birth with generalized
paucity of fat, muscular overdevelopment
and hepatomegaly. Laboratory
tests revealed increased triglycerides.
Congenital generalised lipodystrophy
was diagnosed.
